Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship?
We ship globally to most countries! Unfortunately, we currently cannot ship to some Asian countries and remote areas. The checkout system will automatically verify if we can deliver to your address.
What are my shipping options?
We offer two reliable shipping methods:
- Standard Shipping ($12.95): Delivered in 10-15 business days via DHL/FedEx – perfect when you need your shoes quickly!
- Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50, delivered in 15-25 business days via EMS – great for planning ahead.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your package directly through the carrier’s website using the provided tracking number.
What if my shoes don’t arrive on time for my competition/performance?
While we do our best to meet delivery estimates, unexpected delays can occasionally happen with international shipping. For time-sensitive orders, we recommend choosing Standard Shipping and ordering well before your event date.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We want you to be completely happy with your dance shoes! You may initiate a return within 15 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, in original condition with all packaging. Please contact us at [email protected] to start the return process.
